We provide services for Crested Butte, Mt. Crested Butte, Crested Butte South, Gunnison, Almont, and the greater Gunnison Valley.


Your standard window clean will include the interior & exterior glass of widows on the exterior walls of the home or business. We also will include general cleaning of the window area such as tidying up the frames, sills, tracks, and screens if applicable.


You don’t need to be home during your cleaning—and actually, we’ve found things go more smoothly when you’re away enjoying your day. Our crew can work more efficiently and safely with the ladders when we have the space to move freely.

That said, we completely understand that your home is personal and you are welcome to stick around. Our team is professional, respectful, and treats every home with the same care we would our own. We’re fully insured and trained to work carefully and cleanly—inside and out.

So if you’ve been thinking about a day to get out and enjoy the best of the Gunnison Valley, it’s the perfect time. Go enjoy the trails, the views, or a day in town—we’ve got everything covered at home.


To help us give you the best and most efficient service possible, we kindly ask that you clear the area around your windows before your appointment. This includes removing any decor, plants, furniture, and other items both inside and outside that might be in the way.

Doing this ahead of time allows our crew to focus on what we do best—getting your windows sparkling clean—without having to move personal belongings. It also helps prevent the chance of anything being accidentally bumped or disturbed during the cleaning process.

We truly appreciate your help in making the process smooth and worry-free for everyone!


Policies & Disclaimers

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We get it, life happens! We are always willing to work with your scheduling needs. However, please know that we may be managing our own scheduling limitations.

For best results, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your service appointment.

For service appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window, cancellation fees may apply.


Weather

Living and working in the mountains means unpredictable weather is part of the deal. Sunshine one minute, rain or snow the next — and unfortunately, we can’t control the skies. While we do our best to schedule around the weather, things can change quickly, and we may need to adjust your appointment for safety or quality reasons.

We know customers often prefer specific days and times, but a bit of flexibility goes a long way! Being open to slight scheduling shifts helps us ensure the best possible results for your windows and keeps our team safe.


Touch Ups

 If it rains or snows shortly after we clean your windows, and this causes them to appear dirty again — that’s just nature doing its thing. We can’t guarantee sparkling panes forever, but we can promise they were spotless when we left. We appreciate your understanding on this!

Not spotless when we left or is something not right? We are happy to come back out for touchups within 2 days of service to discuss solutions and make sure you are satisfied with our work.


Safety

We always prioritize the safety of our crew. If anything is inaccessible due to height, slope, damage, obstacles, or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to adjust or decline that portion of the service. We’ll always let you know if this comes up.


Window Condition

Please note that we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, scratches, or wear on your windows. We’ll give you a heads-up if we notice anything concerning, but we assume windows are in good condition and safe to clean unless told otherwise. If there are any features that are at a higher risk for damage (i.e. UV films or historic windows) we may require a signed damage waiver to proceed, we will always bring this up if necessary.
